I have always believed that LinkedIn, being a gloridied Resume hosting site, is more useful to recruiters than the average professional, and this list of most connected words on LinkedIn sort of prove me right - it is full of recruiter-related words. However, there are some words in the top 20 most connected words list that will give you an idea of what people are looking for. Here's the list (the notes inside brackets are mine):
