Truth is: Expensive HDMI cables will not offer any performance advantage over cheap cables. Almost HDMI cables provide same quality picture (no flicker, no sparkle) and sound (to cut outs). The HDMI cable will not change a resolution or frame rate, unless it is of very poor quality.
