The guys at Oxford say that many words become cliches through usage in Offices where certain phrases tend to be copied quickly and lazily.

The first list of 10 annoying cliches are from a list put out by Oxford:

5 - With all due respect
6 - Absolutely
7 - It's a nightmare
8 - Shouldn't of
9 - 24/7

Inspired by Oxford's list, the Telegraph newspaper polled its readers for their most annoying cliches and here's the list:
