Writers always notebooks with them. Nowadays, budding photographers and filmmakers keep the mobile phone/digital camera handy. What shall entrepreneurs do to keep the idea tap always on, and to drink from it freely, whenever the bulb is lit, so to speak?

Start drawing your ideas. That is what Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey says. Drawing your ideas, Jack says, helps you turn, even non-visual ideas, into moving products.

So, the next time you go out n the world, keep the small notebook handy. Even the proverbial paper napkin will do. Many a great business ideas have been drawn on the back of paper napkins. The point is: Entrepreneurs, like all creative people, must draw their thoughts out.
