1. Aches and Pains

  • Plantar Fasciitis: Inflammation of tissue running along the foot’s bottom, causing heel pain after rest.
  • Osteoarthritis (OA): Wearing away of cartilage in foot joints, often accompanied by swelling.

  • Prevention:

  • Wear shoes with thick, stiff soles and extra cushioning.
  • Stretch your calves regularly.

  • Treatment:

5. Toenail Trouble
