Annals of irony: Tunisian health minister dies after charity marathon

Slim Chaker, 56, Tunisia's health minister died of a heart attack on Sunday after taking part in a charity marathon to help battle cancer. He only ran 500m and then gave a speech. A preexisting heart condition may have been the cause rather than the strain of running a marathon.
