Having trouble with Amazon orders, payments, or account issuesWhether it’s a failed payment, missing package, or login problem, this guide will help you fix common Amazon shopping issues quickly.
Problem: You forgot your password, got locked out, or can’t access your account.
Solution:
Reset your password:
- Go to Amazon.com Click "Forgot Password" Follow the steps

Check if Caps Lock is on when entering your password.
Try logging in on another device or a different browser.
If your account is locked, wait 24 hours or contact Amazon Customer Service.
Problem: Your order won’t go through due to a payment failure.
Solution:
Check if your card has enough funds or try a different card.
Update your payment method:
- Go to Amazon Your Account Payment Options Add or Edit Payment Method

Check if your card is expired or blocked by the bank.
Use an alternative payment method (e.g., PayPal, Amazon Gift Card, or a different credit card).
Try placing the order using a different browser or the Amazon app.
Problem: Your order is stuck on “Pending” or hasn’t shipped.
Solution:

).

).

Problem: Your package is marked as “Delivered,” but you didn’t receive it.
Solution:
Check your delivery location:
