Riding on the success of its India-specific models like the FZ series and the YZF-R15, Yamaha India has gone one step further as it launched its muscle-bike model, the 2009 VMAX. Yamaha India's brand ambassador John Abraham was present at the launch of the VMAX in New Delhi. Powering the new VMAX is an all-new 1,679cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC 65 degree V4 engine. The new VMAX is a showcase for some of Yamaha’s cutting-edge engine and chassis technology – from engine control systems to the aluminum frame and the radial-mounted 6-piston. And not one bike has been able to outshine this beast from Yamaha.
