Whatever the odds, the (real) incredible story behind DLF: How it fudged its books to the top in an unregulated Indian real estate market

On March 5, 2012 By newsguide Topic: Books and Literature, Scandal, India

That India needs a real estate regulator, along the lines of TRAI, is stressed once again by the case of real estate leader DLF, which has been found to fudging its books to boost its stock price and various other malpractices by a Canadian research company. It also tells you about the trustworthiness about Indian stock researchers, who may have different sets of research - one for the general and other for the institutional market.

Perhaps they should come out with a better book, written by all of DLF's management, titled:  "Whatever the odds: The incredible story behind DLF's fudging".
