It seems the picketing that was staged by some 200 odd students who failed in their first-year in B.Tech under Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) has worked. The Academic Council of UPTU has decided to hold special examinations for the students who failed their B.Tech first-year. The number of the students is 7,200.
