Central government’s move to grant funds under Rastriya Madhyamika Sikhya Abhiyana (RMSA) has triggered a new race among unaided degree colleges in Orissa. They are now running against time to meet the deadline for separating degree colleges from the junior colleges, lest they will not be able to avail the funds meant for the junior colleges under the scheme.
