Be remarkable #139: Be trustworthy

On October 25, 2016 By thesuccessmanual Topic: Remarkable

Here are 3 good ways to build trust:

1. Charlie Green's formula: T = ( C + R + I ) / SO

Where:

T = Trust
C = Perception of Credibility (telling the truth)
R = Perception of Reliability (meet your commitments - small or big, start by making small commitments)
I = Intimacy (share things, ask insightful questions)
SO = Perception of Self-Orientation (ask questions, paraphrase others' positions)

2. Be openly transparent about everything and always tell the truth.

3. A little vulnerability doesn't hurt your case if you are transparent.
(i.e. "look I know I am hurting myc chances by telling you all this but I don't wasnt to hide anything.")
